  1. My black lab Hope gets me out twice a day for
    a walk. The sunshine and relative warm temps made the walk very pleasant. I also enjoy running, dancing and biking.

    • It’s great to go for a walk with your dog- they are the perfect companion. They give you the space you need to really be present in your walking. I love salsa dancing and biking in nature. Thanks for sharing Dawn!
